Service Description
● Book a set amount of time for the services we offer. We’ll work through your priorities within that time. Green waste removal is charged separately. ● Choose your appointment time and duration, and tell us your priorities before the visit. ● Visible results each visit How it works You choose any available service appointment time according to your desired duration. Upon arrival, we inspect, prioritize, and work on the most impactful tasks, or we follow the priorities you set—lawn and borders, hedge/shrub trimming, weeding, cleaning, gutter cleaning, path/driveway cleaning, and other services listed. If your lawn doesn’t need mowing, we’ll use that time for other tasks on your priority list. If you have a list, we'll follow it—as long as it's on our list of services. What’s included Professional labour, commercial gear, and standard consumables. Not included / extras Green-waste haulage (available as a separate add-on). Special materials (plants, mulch, soils, fertilisers, hardware) must be supplied by you on site. Why this model No scope creep, no idle time, no upsell. Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed once payment is approved. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights are unaffected. Arrival may be up to 90 minutes late, without shortening the service. If later, we notify you; you may reschedule free or receive a full refund. Client cancellations: At least 72 hours before booking: refund less non-refundable Stripe fees. From 24 to less than 72 hours: retention of up to 10%. Less than 24 hours: retention of up to 20%. These limits include processing fees. Retentions reflect reasonable loss, less costs avoided. No retention applies when a full refund is required by law or offered here. Rescheduling is free at least 72 hours before booking, subject to availability. Later requests follow cancellation terms. If work is prevented by an issue solely attributable to the client (e.g. locked access or incorrect details), completed work is charged and up to 20% of the unperformed portion may be retained. We remain available until the booking ends, from a safe place if needed. Work can resume if the issue is resolved, but the end time will not change. Clients must provide safe access, secure pets, keep children clear and meet facilities requirements in the service description. Time moving equipment from distant parking counts as booked time. Unsafe work will not proceed. Clients must disclose known or reasonably foreseeable hidden hazards, objects and installations, including irrigation fittings, pipes and cables. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed items that could not reasonably be detected or avoided with due care and skill. Pre-existing defects are not our liability unless we cause further damage through lack of due care and skill. We may postpone for unsafe weather, illness, breakdowns or events beyond our control. Before work starts, clients may reschedule free or receive a full refund. After work starts, completed work is charged; the balance is refunded or rescheduled by agreement, subject to ACL rights. Team members' meal, rest and personal breaks are excluded from service time and made up at the end. Service descriptions specify scope, green waste handling and site needs. Time-based bookings cover work for the selected duration, not guaranteed completion of all requested tasks. Quotes rely on supplied details; scope or price changes need prior approval.
